I’m in love with this program! Two weeks In and i not only see a difference but I feel the difference. I have loads of energy, I’m sleeping better, and I’m happier! The workouts are challenging and I don’t feel like I’m being starved. The macro breakdown is so helpful and easier to follow. I would recommend this to any one of my friends! I’ve always been one to lift heavy and skip circuit training. Let me tell you what!…. this program has left me sore each workout and I’m not stuck in a gym for 2 hours. I love how easy this is to follow and I love the support we get during this challenge. Highly recommend getting started with ado fitness and doing a challenge!
The Ado Challenge is amazing! Workouts are easy to follow and you can do the exercises anywhere. There is so much positive encouragement from the coaches and from everyone participating in the challenge!
This has been the best challenge I’ve ever done! The coaches make the workouts easy to follow and fun to do! Tracking Macros is a type of nutrition that is sustainable! I have been seeing awesome results in myself, and the other people doing the challenge!
